Victoria Belbin is the Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Canada Aerospace and Defence Association (ACADA), a non-profit member-focused industry organization representing over 170 aerospace (commercial and non-commercial), defence, security and marine firms. Ms. Belbin spent nine years as the CEO of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association Newfoundland and Labrador. She has an extensive strong background in board governance, with over 20 years’ experience in industry, government and both non-profit and for profit boards.

Ms. Belbin is a member of the Board of Directors of Workplace NL and serves as Chair of its Governance Committee. She also serves on the boards of TaskforceNL and Wonderbolt Productions.

Ms. Belbin received an Institute of Corporate Directors Designation (ICD.D) in 2017 and has a Masters in Marine Studies from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Ms. Belbin was appointed to NLC’s Board of Directors in May 2017, and was appointed Vice-Chairperson in July 2020. She also serves on NLC’s Governance and Human Resources Committee.
