Welcome to the VTP, Newfoundland Labrador Liquor Corporation’s new pre-authorized payment system.
Please read our FAQ's carefully to learn about what VTP is and isn't, and if this system is necessary for your business dealing with the NLC.

VTP is made available for the following customers:
If you meet one of the VTP criteria, above, you can contact VTP Support to request an account be set up for you. This request should contain the following information:
Once your registration has been approved, an account will be created on your behalf. You will receive an email from NLC which contains a link to the VTP website, where you can complete your setup and activate your account.
Note: You do not need to send credit card numbers to NLC when requesting an account. You will be asked to enter that information into the secure site when activating your account.
When you receive your welcome email from VTP, you can click the link in that message, which will open your web browser and load the VTP website account setup page. Account activation involves three steps:
Once your account is activated, you can manage your own account via our customer website: https://vtp.nlliquor.com. This secure website allows you to manage the following account information:

To add/change/remove any of this information, contact VTP Support.
All credit card information is stored in a secure, encrypted format, with our payment provider. Card information is not human readable once it is entered into the VTP system.
Note: You do not need to send any credit card numbers to NLC. NLC employees have no access to your credit card information. That information is managed by you alone.
VTP is a payment system only. All orders are placed by phone, email, or in person through your NLC Liquor Store. When orders are ready for pickup, payment will be processed by the Liquor Store, in the VTP system, using the payment card on file.
Yes. Your account can hold up to five credit cards. Your account profile contains a “Special Instructions” field. You can use this field to instruct the store as to which card to use for each business in your account.
If you forget your password, you can use the forgot password screen to gain access to your account. This screen will ask you to answer one of the questions you chose during your initial setup. Once you have answered your question correctly, you will be able to enter a new password for your account.
If you do not know the password, contact VTP Support. VTP Support, upon verifying your identity, can send you a link to create a new password.
As a security precaution, you have a limited number of attempts to enter your password correctly, before your account is locked. (Hint: check that ALL CAPS is not on prior to entering your password, as passwords are case-sensitive).
If you account becomes locked, contact VTP Support. VTP Support, upon verifying your identity, can unlock your account.
If you do not wish to use VTP to payments, you may simply pay for your order when you pick it up at your Liquor Store, using one of the accepted point-of-sale payment methods.
