Greg Eddy joined NLC in 2007 and has been a member of the NLC executive team since April 2022. Prior to 2022, Greg served as NLC’s Director of Human Resources, Strategy and Risk. Greg has 30 years’ of broad experience in management roles covering all areas of human resource management in the public sector in this province, including human resource strategy, employee engagement, labour/employee relations, diversity and belonging, change management, human resources management systems, payroll and benefit administration, and organizational effectiveness. Greg has trained extensively in corporate strategy development and execution, and has worked closely in the past couple of years as we have made changes to our enterprise risk management processes.
Mr. Eddy graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
